File Sharing How network administrator share files

Ok, i really need help.
Lets say i am a network administrator,so can you you tell me how i can be able to view files that are shared. Hoew can i view folders that have been shared and off file sharing completly? im using widowa 7 pn my pc can you tell me the requirements as well as the software and hardware if needed. I will highly appriciate it if you could forward the answers as well as recommented website

What is your file system and is it Windows 7 64 bit or 32 bit ? Also How many computers you are planning to track.

There are couple of softwares which you can use but you need to tell us exact details on your requirement then it can be suggested.
