Change Facebook Share link title & description?

I know that when you copy and paste a link of Facebook, like a youtube video or a website, you can edit the description and title.
This is great an all, What about if you click the Facebook Share/Send button like on my website, http://InstrumentalKING.blogspot.com
Click the Facebook Send button on the toolbar on my page, you’ll see that the description box is unedittable and a bunch of artists names show up making the my website look like garbage. How can I change that?

I was not able to find the send button on your website.
