Windows Media Player Video Playing Very Slow

Hi Everyone,

For some reason my Windows Media Player on Windows 7 Ultimate 32 but machine is running very slow. When I check the task manager it is displaying 100% usage and thats why the computer also gets slow.

Any idea where to look ?

Can you try resetting the Windows Media Player options ?
