iOS 4.2 Download Fails / iPad Upgrade fails

It seems like there is a huge load on Apple Server because of which my 8th consecutive download attempt to upgrade my iPad has failed. The worst part is that its not resume supported either so if the download fails it gives an error and sets the file size to zero again.
If you are also facing the same problem there is nothing except that you need to try again and if possible try connecting to a high speed network. I will be in Office today where I have a 2MBPS speed and will see if this works out.
