i faced a problem with ATM machine where i hav entered an amount of Rs.15000 but it gave me only Rs.7000 but it has shown that i have withdrawed Rs.15000.Now i have to write a letter to RBI.So,can anyone say me how to write the letter and to whom(address)?and can u send me a sample letter?

Did you connect with the bank ? Did they ask you to write to RBI ?

ya i did.Even i filed a case in consumer forum.They askeed me to write a letter to RBI.
